"2023-04-19 - I've been a State Farm policy holder since 1970 when I purchased my first vehicle (a 1963 Dodge 330 sedan). Yup, I'm an old Geezer. I don't recall ever having an issue or problem with State Farm in 52+ years. I requested via e-mail on 2023-04-04 that my State Farm agent update my account for the Home Alert discount on my Homeowner's insurance policy. Sarah Johnson replied to my request later that day, and the Home Alert discount was applied to my account on or about 2023-04-06. That level of service is very uncommon today. Thank you, Sarah!"
