"I really appreciated the time, effort and success of the most recent claim I had that covered a roadside emergency cost of extracting keys locked in a rental vehicle. The issue was difficult enough as the time starts ticking faster when your keys are in the ignition and the vehicle is a truck and it's running on fuel you need to refill. Something you don't think about until you need to. The cost was lightened significantly by Paige at Beth Reibel's office working to get me reimbursed for the roadside assistance through a third party service. This is why we want insurance not why we need it. State Farm and Beth Reibel's office have repeatedly come to my aid for these things and I appreciate every single thing you do for me. Thank you!"
